Description
The materials consisting of polyurethane (PU) resin, solvent (Dimethylformamide, DMF), activator, color and surfactants are mixed and the textile is passed through the solution to make the resin enter into the textile. Afterwards passed through a coagulation bath that exchanges DMF and water followed by rollers to press out the water. Finally, the product enters a drying process. DMF recovery equipment can recover a significant part of the solvent. The process inputs of electricity, thermal energy and cooling water is based on an entire production line.
