Description

This process describes the production of pig meat and co-products in the slaughterhouse. The system boundaries of this process are from slaughterhouse gate to slaughterhouse gate. Considered activities include use of water, electricity and heat. Cleaning agents and chemicals are not considered. Economic allocation applied with pig allocation at 97.49% and co-products at 2.51%.
