Hydrolysis, synthetic leather coating, polyurethane
1.0
Description
The data set represents an estimation using energy and water use from existing leather coating processes. Based on literature, 60g PU (based on Polycarbonate) dispersion per m2 synthetic leather is used as hydrolysis resistant coating material. Polycarbonate PU based material ensure a high resistance to hydrolysis effects (effected by humidity, heat and light).
